Large-scale supply

Plastiques G.P.R. Inc. is located very close to a railway, which gives it an important advantage in terms of purchasing and bargaining power to the customer’s benefit. This rail section allows us greater flexibility by ensuring that we receive greater quantities of raw materials by railcars. 

First transposed from the wagons to our silos by a suction system, the plastic resin is then automatically distributed to our machines by a carefully thought system adapted to the supply chain needs.During the winter period, our interior silos allow us to condition the plastic resin at room temperature to avoid condensation problems and possible variations in the process. 

Resins purchased in smaller quantities and other supplies are placed in appropriate warehouse areas, identified by a bar code, thus facilitating inventory management and the work of forklift operators.
